The latest subject I've been working on is a World War II German BF-109E-1. The is the first Messerschmidt I've ever modeled and have used it as a learning experience. So far I've got the aircraft assembled; the paint,decals and panel line washes applied. I still have to apply more weathering coats, permanently attach the canopy, propeller with hub and the radio antenna. I plan to display this on a base with a grass covering.This model kit was manufactured by Eduard and is in 1/48th scale.
